Rodrigo, member of Inclusion is Fusion, is a pedagogue and freelancer in the field of theatre and has been active since 2014 at schools, kindergartens, colleges, theaters and many other institutions. He teaches drama and theater methods as well as interdisciplinary scenic working forms that promote communication and interaction in the cultural and social environment. For him, it is very important to connect his educational work always with sustainability and environmentally friendly approaches. Together with young newcomers, he composed a performance in nature with bamboo sticks and natural ropes. It was part of the project "Viel, halt!" in August 2017 that was bringing together newcomers and youth with and without disability from the three countries point close to Strasbourg. Image
If we talk about sustainability there is no way around to actually live sustainably and follow a critical path of consumption. One essential way of living sustainably is to live "zero waste". Zero Waste has become a life philosophy, movement and life style for many people in the world who choose to use natural products without plastics and packaging. Milan Maushart from International Young Nature Friends put together some ideas of how to produce your own after sun lotion, shaving cream and soap for travelling: First of all, it is very important to prepare everything properly and be very careful when doing so. Every jar and every pot you use should be fumigated. You can do that by using new ones but I would recommend to use normal po...

He is a real changemaker that you need to get to know! During the third meeting of the project Inclusion is Fusion , he offered a percussion workshop. It's an approach that you can use in your own youth work, especially with intercultural groups when people are having different language skills.   Here is, what he wants to share with us: *Why did I do these percussion workshops? It was really fun for me when I saw some percussion ensembles, and also taking part in some of them made me notice that I wanted to share music with other people. I've studied music, and during my studies I faced really different kind of teachers and ways of teaching.  I'm a theoretical guy, and need every explanation to understand something, but when I started teaching, I realized that there are many ways o...
